Terms of use
Last updated: 20 October 2026.
These terms apply to anyone using ClipsKeep, a site run by Edson Vasconcelos in Brazil. By using the site, you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What the service offers
ClipsKeep lets you save, for personal use, public Facebook videos and your own posts, as video or audio only. The site doesn't host videos: the files come from Facebook's own servers and pass through our server only while they download; a clip you cut stays there for at most 15 minutes. The service is free and is supported by ads.
Your responsibility
- Rights to the content. Videos belong to the people who made them. You're responsible for having the right to download and use the content, whether because you made it, you have permission, or the law allows that use. Saving something to watch later isn't the same as reposting it as your own.
- Personal use. The service is for personal, non-commercial use. Don't use the site to build collections for resale or to distribute other people's content.
- Facebook's terms. You remain bound by Facebook's and Meta's rules when using content posted there.
What isn't allowed
- Using programs, bots or scripts to run searches or downloads in bulk.
- Trying to get around usage limits, the anti-bot check or the list of blocked videos.
- Using the site to obtain illegal content or content that infringes other people's rights.
- Trying to attack, overload or exploit weaknesses in the server.
We may limit or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Relationship with Facebook
ClipsKeep has no connection with Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. The names Facebook and Reels are trademarks of their owners and appear here only to describe the service.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is". Because it depends on how Facebook works, some searches may fail, and the service may go offline without notice. We don't guarantee that every video can be downloaded or that the service will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages arising from using, or being unable to use, the site.
Content removal
Creators can ask for their videos not to be available for download here, as described on the copyright and removal page.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the version in force. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Where the user is a consumer, the courts of the user's place of residence have jurisdiction, as provided by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code; in all other cases, the courts of the place of residence of the person running the site, in Brazil.
